Lecture:  Posture through the ages - A panel discussion

This lecture is appropriate for qualified physiotherapists and students only

The purpose of this lecture is to review our current understanding of posture and the research related to posture and postural related dysfunctions and disorders.

This will be led by a panel of expert physiotherapists with specific interest areas within this domain. Dr Ann Rahmann is a Titled Gerontology physiotherapist whom lectures at the Australian Catholic University. Ann also works clinically as a physiotherapist for Queensland Health at the Brighton Rehabiltation Unit.
Dr Andrew Claus is a lecturer at the University of Queensland where he participates in research focussing on how the brain controls posture and movement. Previous work includes projects in the Children's Motor Control Research Collaborative, occupational health, sporting and artistic clinical applications.
