Lecture:  An evidence based clinical approach to the scapula

The lecture will include an update on Yaheli's recent research findings on scapula posture and positioning and how this impacts on shoulder and neck function.

Yaheli is a titled musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist who juggles working in private practice whilst completing his PhD on Scapula Kinematics in subjects with neck pain. Yaheli was the post-graduate musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy anatomy lecturer for 5 years which has resulted in an impressive knowledge of scapular, shoulder and neck anatomy. He has been working with combat sport athletes (specifically Judo Australia) for at least 7 years and appreciates the differences in load and functional requirements between office workers and athletes.
